The Bridal Case – Terms and
Conditions
Please read the Bridal Case Terms and Conditions
as we require you to sign a copy of this document
on your initial appointment. If you have any questions,
please contact our staff prior to your appointment.
Balance of Payment
On completion of your Bridal Case, we will contact
you for available payment options. The balance of
payment is due prior to delivery.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your appointment and wish not to continue
with your purchase, you will forfeit your $55 deposit
unless you provide 24 hours notice.
Rescheduling of your initial appointment
No charge will be incurred if you reschedule 24 hours
prior to your initial appointment and your $55 deposit
will be used for that alternate appointment.
However, rescheduling within 24 hours of your initial
appointment will require a further $55 non-refundable
deposit. If this is the case the balance of payment
prior to delivery will be your Bridal Case price less
all deposits paid.
Cancellation after your appointment
If you cancel your order after your initial appointment,
you will forfeit your $55 non-refundable deposit and
incur a $200 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee
is to compensate for the cost of direct materials,
labour and travel time. We will return you’re
Bridal Wear and Accessories to you. Just contact our
friendly staff for confirmation of a delivery date.
Re-encasing Policy
Once the Bridal Case is delivered, you have seven
(7) days to contact us if your Bridal Case does not
meet your original order form. Bridal Consultants
may use their discretion in altering the agreed design
for a more effective result. If this is the case we
will contact you to discuss the change prior to completion
for your approval. If for any reason the deviation
is not to your satisfaction we will happily re-encase
it free of charge.
Please note, if you require additional changes outside
of your agreed order form, an additional $150 charge
will be incurred for pick up, re-encase and delivery,
not including any additional materials required.
Encasing Damage Policy
We exercise the utmost care in encasing Bridal Wear
and Accessories entrusted to us and use such processes,
which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature
and conditions of each individual item. Nevertheless,
we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses
or defects in materials which may result in tears
or breakage or development of small holes in fabric
that are not readily apparent at the initial appointment.
Bridal Wear and Accessories Policy
The Bridal Case does not accept any responsibility
or liability for any damage or fading as a result
of the encasing or display process. After your Bridal
Case is complete we can not guarantee against colour
loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage
to weak and tender fabrics. We will provide you will
some tips on delivery on where best to display your
bridal case.
